Primrose Cottage is a 300 year old stone built cottage renovated to a high standard. With far reaching views from every window, this cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing break, a walking holiday or just to explore the beauty of the North Devon coastline.

Step into a bright and contemporary kitchen/diner. The living room next door has a comfortable sofa and chair, large flat screen smart TV, and there is WiFi throughout the cottage. Upstairs there is a King size bedroom, with double aspect windows. A large bathroom with walk-in shower has views out across the Bristol Channel.​ Outside, an enclosed courtyard garden is a real suntrap, with comfortable seating and table. A BBQ and utensils are available for guest use.

 

Private parking is provided for one car.

There is direct access to footpaths from Primrose Cottage – a short walk brings you onto the 2 Moors Way heading down towards Lynmouth or to Watersmeet and the South West Coast Path. It is a 5-10 minutes drive to the pretty towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, with its famous water-powered Cliff Railway and many independent shops and restaurants.​​
